One Punch Guide

One Punch is a premium Ability Arena moveset sold as a Roblox game pass. It is famous for One Shot Punch (E) — a high-impact finisher with a very long cooldown (community guides commonly cite about three minutes) — plus a standard Dash (Q) for repositioning. This page explains how to play the kit, how to play against it, and when the Robux spend makes sense inside Anime Ability Arena (Banjomeni’s Ability Arena).

Always confirm the live Robux price on the experience Store tab before buying. Third-party sites disagree on exact numbers; the in-game Store wins. Full pass context lives on Game Passes and Premium Abilities.

Kit identity

SlotMoveNotes
EOne Shot PunchBurst finisher; long cooldown; decides whether the pass feels “worth it”
QDashMedium mobility — your only reliable tool while E is unavailable
M1Basic attacksYou still farm Hits with normals between finishers

One Punch is not a full kit replacement for Fire Rage uptime or Psychic Slam chains. It is a tempo bomb: you look ordinary for long stretches, then delete a key target when E is ready.

How to play with One Punch

While E is ready

  1. Do not waste the punch on full-health tanks in a three-way pile unless you need the elim credit immediately.
  2. Soften with M1 or let two other players chip the target first — then convert.
  3. Stand on solid ground. A whiff near a ledge with Q already spent is how highlight clips of you dying get made. Review Arena Map Tips.
  4. After a successful punch, dash out — every spectator in the lobby now knows your cooldown just started.

While E is on cooldown

Treat yourself as a Dash + M1 skirmisher:

  • Third-party low-health players for Hits (pass ownership does not pause Hit farming).
  • Avoid ego challenges against Sorcerer, Angelic poke, or stacked Beam users.
  • Track cooldown mentally; many players throw the next punch the instant it returns — be ready before they are.

Double Hits (separate pass) still helps you unlock free kits faster if you grind between punch windows. It does not shorten One Shot Punch’s cooldown.

How to play against One Punch

  • Watch for players who hold space and refuse long trades — they may be baiting a clean E.
  • Force them to spend Dash first with feints, then contest.
  • Keep mid-map distance when their finisher might be up; near ledges a single connect ends the life.
  • After they punch someone else, collapse — that is your safest window.

Combat Tips covers third-party timing that punishes big cooldowns across all kits.

Is the pass worth buying?

Buy One Punch if you:

  • Already enjoy Ability Arena enough to play several times a week.
  • Want a highlight finisher more than a complete moveset identity.
  • Accept long downtime as part of the fantasy.

Skip or delay the pass if you:

  • Still learning Wind → Fire fundamentals (Getting Started).
  • Prefer constant pressure kits (Psychic, Fire, Lightning).
  • Are deciding between Double Hits and a premium kit — grinders usually take Double Hits first (Game Passes).

One Punch does not replace the free ladder. You should still unlock Lightning, Psychic, Knight, and beyond through Hits for variety when the finisher is unavailable.

Common mistakes

  • Punching the first full-HP player you see.
  • Chasing the punch animation off a ledge.
  • Ignoring M1 Hits farming during the three-minute wait.
  • Believing fake “One Punch codes” — there is no code system (Codes).

One Punch is a spice kit. Used with patience and map awareness, it warps lobbies. Used as a panic button, it is an expensive Wind with worse uptime.
